Anthony DiPietro, Esq.
Mr. DiPietro understands the many obstacles associated with Post-Conviction litigation, and the dedication required to best serve a client's needs throughout the process. He firmly believes that a client's innocence is always the most paramount issue, and that every individual is entitled to Fundamental Fairness and Due Process of Law.
Mr. DiPietro will personally handle each client's case, and meticulously review whether further factual development is necessary to perfect the client's Post-Conviction petition. In some Post-Conviction matters, Mr. DiPietro may seek to develop a comprehensive plan to reinvestigate the case in order to determine whether any new facts, evidence, or witnesses may support the client's quest for obtaining Post-Conviction relief.
"The legal profession is not about one’s attainment of fortune, fame, or power. Rather, it is a special opportunity to undertake a higher calling in life, and embark upon a journey to help correct the injustices of our time. A good lawyer will speak about unrighteousness and the struggles of oppression, while a great lawyer will seek a way to fix it." Anthony DiPietro, Esq.
